Our honeybees live on and around the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, the most southerly point in Britain, an unspoilt area of outstanding beauty with a rich and diverse natural flora and a mild, island-like climate that provides the perfect habitat for our bees to thrive.
Their beehives are organically managed without pesticides or antibiotics to ensure the purity of all their natural products and are sited on organic and uncultivated land where they have access to the amazing profusion of trees and wildflowers, some unique to the area, that flourish in the surrounding meadows, hedgerows, cliffs and wild heathlands.
Our Cornish honey has a character equally unique, changing with the season, ranging from light and delicately floral to dark and richly aromatic and it is not homogenised or heat processed to maintain this natural variation and depth of flavour. Blending it with a minimum of other finest quality unrefined ingredients, we have created a unique range of honey spreads, syrups, mustards, dressings and luxury skin care products, all home made by us here in Cornwall.
